MUSFIH-PRO: Musculoskeletal outcome with lower dose prophylaxis in children with Haemophilia.
A web application developed for the Haematology department of CMC. The main scope of this application is to maintain the patient case records of different sites functioning from different locations around the world. Site users can create and manage the patients data and case records for the site they’ve assigned while creating login for them. Admin can see and manage patient data of all sites and verify the data and create if there are any discrepancies and followup until the corrections are done and approved. Tracking of every data update with reason after a patient record is created in the system.
The modules covered are as follows:
Admin
- Dashboard — Total number of sites, site users, patients, discrepancies raised / Waiting for approval / approved with hyperlink to respective screens
- Admin users management to create multiple admin access
- Site management

- List of patients from all sites with view option
- In view page, display of sub forms in different colors & status based on various client specific logics and cases
- Feature to raise discrepancies on each field of the form with an email notification to respective site user to resolve the issue
- Discrepancies — List of all discrepancies raised with its status and feature to approve / reject once the discrepancies are corrected by the site users
- Reports
- Site and Patient wise data modification reports with tracking of old and new datas and export to excel feature
- Site wise patient data filter with export to excel feature
Site User:
- Dashboard — total number of patients, discrepancies raised / corrected & waiting for approval / approved
- Patients — Feature to create site specific patients data and modify any data by submitting reasons for modification
- Discrepancies — list of all discrepancies raised by admin for the site specific patients with option to correct and update the status. Email notification to admin when any discrepancies are corrected
