CMC EQAS is a unique web application ERP module built for our premier client Christian Medical College, Vellore.
The application scope is that of a medical ERP which is used to manage the information for a specific department of External Quality Assessment of multiple hospitals and labs across India for a specific programme of Haemostasis and Transfusion.
The application functionality covers a lot of scientific formulas to process the assessment and have the following features.
For CMC Administration
- Program management
- Has control on two different programmes with 2 separate portals with registration, payments, subscriptions and login
- Participant management
- The Administrator can control the participants, process their registration, manage their profile and handle their details
- Provide dedicated login access for participating in the surveys
- Subscription management
- Each participating organisation should have a paid active subscription which allows them to be part of the survey, submit results and finally get certification
- Certificates management
- Generate certificates and reports for each active participant
- Manage reports review and publishing as per their need
- Survey management
- Generate timed surveys restricted to the specific modules of Haemostasis and Transfusion. Provide keys and relevant information to allow participants to enter their assessed information
- Allow survey results entry for each participant
- View and amend survey results
- Provide prints for the data entered
- Results Publishing
- Generate results based on the obtained data and predefined algorithm set in place
